General Return Conditions

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety or hygiene considerations:

  • Perishables: Food, flowers, and plants.
  • Personal Care Items: Beauty products, cosmetics, and grooming tools.
  • Customized Items: Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Intimate Items: Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable software and e-gift cards.

Category-Specific Guidelines

  1. Electronics: Items like gadgets and appliances must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  2. Clothing & Apparel: Clothing items should have original tags attached and must not show signs of wear, alteration, or laundering.
  3. Furniture & Large Items: Items like furniture and large decor pieces may be eligible for return if they’re in unused condition. Contact our support for specific instructions.
  4. Health & Wellness: Products like supplements and personal care items must be unopened and in original condition.

Refund Process

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if the product is returned after 30 days or is not in its original condition.

Exchanges

Return Shipping
